EXPERIENCED EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE

Academics aren’t a fallback—they’re part of high performance.
Pursuing sport at the highest level takes focus, discipline, and the right support system. For student-athletes, that includes an academic path built for flexibility and aligned with their goals.

We guide families toward trusted education options—online, hybrid, or custom—so athletes can stay on track academically while fully committing to their progression.

How you do one thing is how you do everything.

CONNECTED TO THE CORE

Direct relationships with brand sponsors and national team coaches

Through High Cascade’s long-standing, trusted relationships across the snowboard industry, Syndicate athletes are connected directly to the people who shape the sport. We work closely with brand team managers and national team coaches, giving athletes meaningful exposure and insight into both the sponsorship landscape and the Olympic pathway.

These are real relationships built over decades, providing athletes with access, guidance, and opportunities that extend far beyond training alone.
