Checklist:
- Date of issuance of the Certificate.
- Identifies the name and address of the Insurance Agent representing your organization.
- INSURED – Insured’s name and address should identify your organization as the Named Insured under the policies listed below.
- Name of Insurance Company providing coverage.
- Type of Insurance should reflect COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY coverage with Personal and Advertising coverage. The box indicating that the coverage provided is on a “OCCURRENCE” basis should be checked. This is very important. Coverage that is under a “CLAIMS-MADE” format will not be accepted. Relevant policy number and policy effective and expiration dates must be shown, embracing the 12-month period for which the policy is in effect.
- A minimum coverage limit of at least $3,000,000 for each occurrence must be indicated in the column titled “LIMITS”.
- UMBRELLA LIABILITY (Recommended) – This is excess General Liability (CGL) coverage above the limits shown under the CGL section above. Company, policy number, effective dates and limits must be shown.

Reservation Payment Schedule
Deposit: 10% due at the time of booking.
Balance: the remaining balance will be automatically charged 24 hours before your reservation.
Cancellation & Credit Policy
More than 30 days before your reservation
Full refund of all payments, minus a 5% processing fee.
Between 30 days and 24 hours before your reservation
Cancellations receive a credit for all payments made.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date issued.
Within 24 hours of your reservation
Cancellations are eligible for credit only; no refunds.
Shared Sessions: reductions in group size, or substituting a different athlete on the same roster, receive credit with no penalty. Please update your athlete count or roster before the remaining balance is charged 24 hours prior to your reservation.
Exception — Substantial Reduction (Shared Sessions only): if the booked group size for a Shared Session drops by more than 50% within 24 hours, the deposit portion attributable to the seats above that threshold is forfeited rather than credited, unless High Cascade is able to resell the vacated capacity.
Private Team Sessions: billed as a flat rate for exclusive use of the facility, not per athlete. The full session price is due regardless of how many athletes attend, and the group-size credit above does not apply. A full cancellation of a Private Team Session is governed by Full Booking Cancellation, below.
No-Shows
Same-day no-shows are charged in full.
Exception: a documented illness/injury, or a same-day athlete substitution, qualifies for full credit.
Full Booking Cancellation (Entire Team)
If the entire reservation is cancelled — as opposed to a partial reduction in athlete count — the standard refund/credit schedule above applies, except inside 24 hours of the session: the deposit is forfeited outright (non-refundable and non-creditable) to cover committed staffing and the lost facility slot. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is still issued as credit, per the standard policy.
Session Viability
If cancellations reduce a Shared Session's total headcount below the minimum needed to run it, We Are Camp may reschedule or credit the remaining guests, per the Weather & Facility Closures terms below. This is treated as a facility-initiated change, not a customer no-show.
Weather & Facility Closures
Banger Landing Bag sessions operate weather permitting. If We Are Camp cancels a session due to weather, safety, maintenance, or another operational issue, guests may reschedule or receive a full credit for the affected session. If We Are Camp is unable to provide the reserved session or a reasonable rescheduling option, a refund will be issued. Weather conditions alone do not qualify a customer for a refund when the facility remains open and the session operates as scheduled.
