LODGING
All Signature Session™ guests may either choose to provide their own off-campus lodging or stay in our glamping experience located in just outside the boundary of the youth camp. Spots will be pre-assigned and communicated at arrival.
Forest Tents: Premium wood platformed canvas-walled tents tucked away in our forest area, surrounding a bonfire community zone. Each tent sleeps two (2) people, features electricity for charging phones & laptops, has electric boot dryers, and gives you close access to our newly built showers/bathrooms. Bedding will be provided. We got you.
All tents are subject to availability. Your own solo tent is not guaranteed, and in some instances, you may be asked to share a tent with someone you do not know.
Roamer Sites: Van camping area offers overnight parking for people who have rigs that they want to live in for the week. These designated spots feature electricity and water and offer easy access to the Glamping Tent area and bathrooms/showers. No dumping but you’ll want to use our new showers and restrooms anyway.
Forest Sauna: There is a private Forest Sauna located in the woods. This sauna is only for Signature Session™ guests and VIPs. The sauna features two cold soaking pools fed by a stream. Expect 45 min to heat up. Arlan your ProHost™, will be your point of contact and will get you dialed.
LIFT TICKETS
We’ll set you up with our ticket coordinator to pick up your comp tickets each morning between 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM. All lift tickets are prearranged by your affiliated brand. Don’t miss this window!
Prearranged lift tickets are assigned and picked up every morning by either your TM or designated group ambassador.
If you are not on the list, you will not receive a ticket from Camp.
🚨
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
The Forest Glamping area is ADULTS ONLY and is the only designated beverage zone on campus. If you brought it, you may crack it, but use good judgment. This is still a kid’s camp.
Anyone who has been drinking may not use campus facilities or participate in any sport activities. Anyone visibly intoxicated around youth campers, or anyone under 21 drinking alcohol, will be removed immediately and may lose future campus access.
Alcohol is for after camper interactions and sport participation are fully done for the day.
Marijuana is not allowed anywhere on campus, including the Adult Forest Camp zone. No smoking, vaping, or any other form of weed, pot, ganja, reefer, flower, or whatever else you want to call it. There are kids on the other side of the wall, and the smoke and smell will not be tolerated.
Do not break these rules. There is zero tolerance, and violations will have immediate consequences..
Ok. Done with the harsh stuff but please help us protect our kid camp “bubble.” It’s only a week!
IN GENERAL
Be involved, Be Around:
Go to meals (Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner). These kids are here for you! Any chance for them to talk to their favorite or future favorite pro will make their day, month, year, lifetime!
You are required to interact with the kids on-hill or on campus. Make an effort to rip around with them, give them some pointers, engage. They’ll be hyped and you’ll be a legend.
Adhere to camp rules
Respect the Timberline/Camp relationship
And always remember, the campers are here for you, and you are here for the campers!
ENJOY YOURSELF!
You are our camper too and we want you to have fun while being productive. So, if there is anything else we can do to make your stay more comfortable or help you in any way, please let us know. We are here for you. Safe travels and see you soon!
